Poke Salad with Yuzu Kosho Dressing
Ingredients: serves 2
5 oz. sashimi-grade tuna, sliced
5 oz. sashimi-grade salmon, sliced
3 Tbsp. Kewpie Yuzu Kosho Dressing
½ avocado, sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
2oz. packaged green salad
sesame seeds optional
1) In a small bowl, mix tuna, salmon, and dressing. Set aside.
2) Onto plate, place green salad, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and tuna/salmon mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) and serve immediately.
